AI Strategy | AI Readiness | Fractional AI Leadership | Voice AI & Adoption
Your Business Doesn't Need More AI Tools. It Needs AI Leadership.
Londence is a Strategic AI Advisory for UK SMEs. As your Fractional AI Strategy Partner, we identify where AI creates the greatest business value, then lead the strategy, adoption and implementation that turn it into measurable results.
Professional Member and London Branch Committee Member, BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Governance-first AI aligned with UK data standards.
The Blueprint for AI Leadership
Here's exactly how it works, from first conversation to ongoing AI leadership.
1. Free AI Discovery Call: 20 minutes. We learn about your business and work out whether an AI Readiness & Opportunity Assessment is the right next step.2. AI Readiness & Opportunity Assessment: From £1,250. We review your operations and show
you exactly where AI will, and won't, deliver business value.3. AI Strategy & Roadmap: Priorities, business cases, governance and a practical implementation plan your leadership team can stand behind.4. Fractional AI Strategy Partner: Ongoing strategic AI leadership. We lead adoption, oversee implementation and stay accountable for measurable results.
AI IN PRACTICE: VOICE AI
An AI receptionist that answers calls, books appointments and qualifies leads 24/7. One example of what well-led AI adoption delivers, shaped around your brand and booking flow, not a generic script.
TEAM ENABLEMENT & AI TRAINING
When we implement a system in your business, we train your team on it directly: how to run it, review its outputs and govern it day to day. No generic courses. That's how adoption lasts.
AI IMPLEMENTATION LEADERSHIP
We lead delivery from decision to results, coordinating your internal team, technology partners or trusted specialists, and staying accountable for the outcome. Typically 20 to 40% less manual work.
Voice AI in Practice
Voice AI lets a business handle phone calls automatically: an AI agent that speaks
naturally, answers questions, books appointments and captures every enquiry. For SMEs, a missed call is often a missed customer.
We include it here as an example of what well-led AI adoption delivers, not as a starting point. It's one of several solutions we might recommend once an AI Readiness &
Opportunity Assessment shows it's the right fit, and we'll tell you honestly if yours doesn't need it.
Book a Discovery Call and we'll walk you through a live example.
What we deliver: A solution shaped around your brand, your tone and your booking system; full
integration with your calendar, CRM and existing tools; compliance built in with UK data standards
and human oversight. Clients typically see support workload reduced by 30 to 50%.
Engagements begin with an AI Readiness & Opportunity Assessment to identify where
conversational AI, or something simpler, will deliver the greatest value.
AI Readiness & Opportunity Assessment
From £1,250
The Assessment shows where AI will deliver measurable business value in your organisation, before you commit any budget.
Discovery: A workshop with your leadership team, plus a review of your workflows, data and
team readiness.Analysis: Your AI maturity score, a risk and compliance review, and opportunities identified
across departments.Recommendations: 3 to 5 prioritised use cases with business cases and cost-saving estimates,
delivered as an executive summary with a walkthrough call. You leave knowing exactly where to focus, and whether a full Roadmap or a Fractional Partnership makes sense next.
AI Adoption & Implementation Leadership
A strategy only matters if it's delivered. Londence leads AI adoption end to end:
aligning stakeholders, coordinating delivery and making sure what gets built serves the business case.
Implementation may be delivered by your internal team, your existing technology partners, or trusted specialists we bring in and coordinate. Either way, Londence remains responsible for strategic direction, governance, commercial alignment and results.
Workflow automation is one approach we often recommend once strategy is defined: removing repetitive work such as lead triage, quote generation, reporting and follow-ups. Typical result: 20 to 40% less manual workload.
Team Enablement & AI Training
AI adoption succeeds when people do. When we implement a system in your business, we train your team on it directly: how to run it, review its outputs, and govern it day to day.
Training is shaped around what we build together, not delivered as a generic course. We have delivered 60+ sessions across the UK, EU and Turkey.
WHY CHOOSE LONDENCE
• Big-consultancy thinking, SME speed. Board-level AI strategy without layered teams, long procurement or enterprise fees.• Founder-led. You work directly with senior expertise from first call through to results. No juniors, no hand-offs.• Leadership through to results. We don't stop at recommendations. We lead adoption, oversee implementation and stay accountable for outcomes.• Independent and responsible. We don't sell or resell third-party AI tools, so our recommendations stay impartial. Clear data boundaries, human oversight and governance aligned with UK standards.
Fractional AI Strategy Partner
Most SMEs don't need a full-time Head of AI. They need senior AI leadership, part-time
and accountable. It's the same model as a fractional CFO or CMO: Londence becomes your organisation's AI lead, guiding decisions, governing implementation and keeping your roadmap commercially honest as AI capabilities change.
What's included: scheduled leadership reviews, prioritisation of new opportunities, governance oversight, coordination of technical delivery, and early insight into capabilities worth adopting. Minimum engagement: three months.
A full-time AI lead typically costs £100,000 to £140,000+ a year once you include National Insurance, pension and recruitment. A Fractional AI Strategy Partner gives you the same seniority at a fraction of the cost.
